Nikita Montlake
Nikita currently serves as a Workshop Facilitator at Diversity and Ability. Along with having extensive social justice and development work experience, Nikita has a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Art History.
Rebecca Emiru
Rebecca currently serves as a Governance Specialist at DAI, where she supports all stages of business development. Rebecca has over seven years of experience in international development with expertise in the developmental implications of informality as well as industrialization in Ethiopia. She has a Master of Science in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Amherst College.
Julian Moreaux
Julian currently serves as a Senior Operations Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) [a member of the World Bank Group] working on portfolio, project management and internal governance covering mainly Sub-Saharan Africa while also supporting the Middle East and North Africa. He has built a global career over the last 15 years with IFC. Julian completed the Global Business Leadership Program co-sponsored by INSEAD/IFC and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mathematics and French Literature from Wabash College.
Mariscia Charles
Mariscia currently serves as a Policy and Technical Officer in the Ministry of Natural Resources in Guyana. She is an experienced social policy and International Development expert. Mariscia has Masters of Science in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of Guyana.

Sentamu Kiremerwa
Founder & Executive Director
Sentamu is a photographer and poet, passionate about social justice, global health, and development in the Global South. Currently a Master of Public Health candidate at Columbia University focusing on Global Health Security. Sentamu holds a Master of Science in International Social Welfare from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Black Studies from Amherst College.
Khanyiso Mkandawire
Advisory Board Member & Consultant
Kingford Khanyiso Mkandawire is a committed global health professional with over five years of experience in HIV/AIDS programming, key population advocacy, and community-led health system strengthening. He currently serves as a Program Manager at GBGMC,where he oversees multi-country initiatives focused on HIV prevention, policy advocacy, and the rollout of long-acting PrEP solutions for marginalized communities.
Kingford is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, building on his medical training with an MBBS from Jinggangshan Medical University in China.
He has worked with organizations such as UNDP and other Agencies leading innovative projects that promote equitable access to health services and sustainable financing models. His work bridges the gap between grassroots advocacy and global policy, driving inclusive solutions for populations across Africa and beyond.
Colleen O’Connor-Rickey

With over a decade of experience in higher education, Colleen O'Connor-Rickey has experience in board support, donor relations, budget management, executive communications, program development, organizational governance, and international education. A graduate of Amherst College, she currently serves as Special Assistant and Operations Manager in the Office of the President at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts
